About me.
Hala Hamdan is a certified Music Therapist (MA) with over 13 years of experience, a parental counselor, and a musician. She holds a BA in Music and education, and an MA in Music Therapy. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to serve and support children and adults in a time of need, and she does that with a lot of passion.
Hala has spent the last five years working with patients cope with illness and trauma, within a children’s hospital, providing emotional and mental support.
Hala worked for more than 10 years with children that have severe difficulties and challenges:
Autism, ADHD, Social difficulties, Trauma, PTSD, Depression, speaking disorders, behavioural disorders and more.
Hala shares presentations on the topic of Music and arts therapy around the world, and teaches several courses for art therapy students worldwide.
